This 70 m² apartment sits at the very top of the Dar Oceana establishment, which allows for breath-taking views of the bay straight from the living room. The very comfortable flat also include a fitted kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms (one double bed + two single beds), and a private bathroom.

On the terrace side, the barbecue and outdoor lounge add to the cosiness. Right above, the 50 m² solarium offers incredible panoramic views from sunrise to sunset… Unless you’re napping on the deckchairs of course!

Fully renovated and tastefully decorated in a Moroccan style, Panoramas offers modern comfort with its fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi access, and satellite TV.
The property is only 3 minutes from the beach by car (20 min by foot), in a quiet Berber village that boasts several restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Only 30 minutes from Agadir, Tamraght is the perfect spot for a surftrip or a family holiday in an authentic Moroccan setting.

On the practical side, we can arrange airport transfer, car rental, surf lessons and equipment hire at preferential rates. Moreover, our local team is always there to welcome and advise you.

RATES: Rental from 44€/day (2 people – 5 days minimum). 5€/day extra per additional person. Stays of 2 to 4 nights are possible with surcharges.

Discounts are offered for stays over 10 days and last minute availabilities. Our prices include sheets, towels and cleaning.

Our stay with Nicolas and the co-host Mina was absolutely delightful! Overcame all expectations and was totally what you are expecting to have for a great beach vacation on the coasts of Morocco. Amazing rooftop view, perfect furniture and all amenities are fully available and working! For the extremely hot days a a bigger fan is recommended but thats when you could go and enjoy a day at the nearby beach of Tamraght which has a lot of activities/cafés and restaurants you could enjoy. Overall it was an amazing holiday we spent with Dar Océana!

Deuxième séjour chez Nicolas, l’appartement est fidèle à la description. Le rooftop est tres grand avec une vue incroyable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Notre séjour chez Nicolas s'est très bien passé. La communication et la récupération des clés s'est faite très facilement. Le logement etait très propre. Il est très agréable, je dirai même que les photos ne rendent pas justice au lieu. Il se trouve a quelques minutes à pied tu centre de Tamraght mais il est très calme. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréable, et une vue formidable depuis la terrasse rooftop. Le fait d'avoir accès à une machine à laver est un plus. L'appartement était très bien équipe, avec les essentiels (nous avons séjournés plus de 2 semaines). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous tout de suite, et reviendrons chez Nicolas avec plaisir.

Stayed at Nicolas's place for the entire week, felt like home, matches exactly the pictures on the listing. You might get lost or getting trouble finding the place but Mina the co-host is there to help as she helped me find the place and described an easy way to remember the way back home. You can enjoy food & drinks at Tonirt or other restaurants all the way down in the streets and a surf shop on the beach if you want to rent equipment for an affordable place. Highly recommended place, the view from the rooftop is worth it.

We had a nice stay in Tamraght! The Appartement was 20 mins by foot from the beach which was very nice. The rooftop was big and comfortable. But there was not enough basic supplies like toilet paper, dish liquid and towels

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tamraght. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Ausblick von der Dachterasse war überragend.
Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt ein muss, um problemlos einkaufen gehen zu können.

Logement correct situé dans les hauteurs d'un quartier assez populaire. Accès peu aisé car les chemins ne sont pas toujours carrossables. Petits commerces dans les alentours. Belle terrasse qui aurait encore été plus agréable avec la présence d'un parasol.

Lage okay ca. 1.5km vom Meer entfernt. Ausblick überragend.

Awesome apartment! The view from the terrace was breathtaking! Great equipped - best what I saw in three years Morocco! Really clean for Moroccain standarts. The only point where I could say something a bit negative about, is the Wifi speed/connection. The speed was quite slow. But hey holidays are there to spend not too much time on the phone ;)

Enchantés Bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Bien équipé et très chouettes terrasses avec vue sur la mer. Calme et bien situé. Nous sommes enchantés, il correspond à nos attentes. Non climatisé donc en période de grandes chaleurs s'abstenir 😅😜Super accueil. Merci.Nous y reviendrons 😍

Overall good, some minor things with cleanliness and noise level. The owner is not there/do not speak English: very vague info.
The place is VERY out there. Which is both good and bad.
Be prepared to hire a scooter or a car.
The apartment is great for a couple and other 2 people.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Tamraght
L'appartement est très fonctionnel et tres bien situé entre agadir et taghazout ( beaucoup d'activité proposées aux alentours) cependant voiture indispensable pour vous déplacer sinon vous risquez de galerer

A Good stay, had everything we wanted and more (except Wi-fi). The rooftop was breathtaking especially at sunset. The only problem we had was that the host wouldn't tell us the address of the apartment. ( Morocco airport customs requrie for you to have an address enable for you to get into the country. Fortunately we had another address that we were going to stay after. So we were able to get into the country but if you are staying at this address for your whole trip it might be almost impossible to get into Morocco.)

The Appartment was great. Everything as described. Clean, quiet and the perfect view from the upper terrace. The style of the appartment is typical for Morocco. Wifi was working well. There is enough space for 4-5 people.
The Houselord Said is very helpfull and friendly. We had a really good time and are happy to come back next year.

Superbe appartement, fonctionnel, au calme et avec une vue époustouflante !! Conforme aux photos et très propre, nous avons en plus été reçu par le sourire et la gentillesse de Guy qui est très arrangeant et disponible. Je recommande fortement !! Bonjour, nous sommes totalement satisfaits de ce séjour. Un appartement agréable, vraiment décorée avec goût. Équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Une terrasse agréable, et un solarium, ainsi que le salon avec tous les deux une vue a couper le souffle !!

Un énorme merci à Mr Said pour son accueil chaleureux, qui nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise, pour qu'on se sente comme chez nous, et nous à donner tous les bons tuyaux aux alentours (epiceries, restos, lieux à voir...) Toujours disponible lors de nos demandes, ce gardien c'est montré très réactif et attentif. Une grande gentillesse qui donne envie de revenir ! Merci et bravo !

Das Apartment war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider hat die Verbindung mit dem Wlan nicht funktioniert und bei Anreise nicht sauber. Die putzfee musste dann nach Anreise bestellt werden. Aber alles in allem hatte ich dort eine tolle Zeit und würde die Unterkunft auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
