Exceptional 😀 - Very kind and comunicative owner. Amazing view from the terase. Very light livingroom with outside venetian blinds. The ecological awareness of the owner. 😞 - The smell around the house was sometimes unlpeasant.

Het appartement was dik in orde en uitgerust met de nodige voorzieningen. Het dakterras heeft een adembenemend uitzicht over de zee en de stad. Met twee ligbedden en een parasol is het er heerlijk vertoeven. Mina reageerde direct en stond altijd voor ons klaar, ze is een geweldige host. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé :) Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos. On peut descendre à pieds à la plage et marcher un peu, il y a un petit parking pour se garer quand on vient en voiture.

Spent almost 2 weeks here, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was perfectly described with everything I needed. My host was very helpful and always had quick responses. Very quiet part of Tamraght with a beautiful balcony that made each evening even better. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and comfortable apartment during their stay!

Mina, die sich um das Apartment für Nicolas kümmert, nahm schon vor der Anreise Kontakt mit uns auf und war sehr hilfsbereit, dass wir die Unterkunft leicht finden konnten. Obwohl wir erst abends ankamen, hat sie auf uns gewartet und uns alles in der Unterkunft gezeigt.Als der Wasserkocher sich als kaputt erwies, wurde sofort ein neuer besorgt.Wir haben vor allem die gemütliche große Couch an den Abenden genossen. In der Küche war alles, was wir zum selbst kochen brauchten. Ein kleiner Minisupermarkt und Obst- und Gemüsehändler sind 5min zu Fuß sind haben eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Dienstags ist Markt - ebenfalls 5min fussläufig.Um an die Strände zu kommen, ist ein Auto schon besser, man kann fast direkt neben der Unterkunft parken.Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Ich war Mitte Februar 2024 alleine 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Diese hat einen typisch marokkanisches Flair, und entsprach meinen Erwartungen, dies auch aufgrund der Fotos, welche der Gastgeber im Internet platziert hat.Mina ist die Verwalterin vorort und war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor der Abreise konnte sie mir auch eine Personenwaage zur Verfügung stellen, um mein Gepäck zu wiegen, denn ich hatte Fossilien in der weiteren Umgebung gesucht gehabt. Ich habe oft selber gekocht, die Küche reicht hierzu vollauf, die meisten Utensilien konnte ich finden. Gute Matratzen, guter Sitzplatz im Wohnbereich, und die Terrasse oben ist tatsächlich super, solche gibt es in Tamaraght nicht viel. Mir hat es sehr gefallen, sollte ich jemals wieder in die Region kommen, so werde ich diese Wohnung unbedingt wieder benutzen. Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber und an Mina! Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Kleines Detail: Im heisses Wasser für Dusche und Küche.

The flat was amazing. Had everything as described. A big and well equipped kitchen an a nice bathroom. The Co-Host was lovely and helpful and the communication was easy and proactive. We would come again!

We had a great stay at Dar Oceana. This place is very close to shops and restaurants that serves delicious meals from breakfasts to dinner. The walk to the beach is pleasant. All you need is provider in the apartament, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Cute balony where you can also dry all the wet suits. We plan to come back :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine fantastische Dachterasse mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Auch das W-Lan ist sehr flott. Komme gerne wieder.

Cosy apartment in quiet surrounding with tasteful and practical furniture and decoration. Kitchen very well equipped and spacious, it was a pleasure to cook there. The private little terrasse made me feel like at home when sitting there during the sunny hours.

This was a stunning and beautiful apartment - one of my best stays in Morocco :) it’s tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped with all amenities, and has a breathtaking view of the ocean and the town. Two large, sprawling terraces for endless chilling. Mina was a wonderful caretaker who was present and helpful at every point of the day. 1000% recommend!

Mina greeted us when we arrived and she was very polite and helpful. Mina gave us all the information we could possibly need and similarly when we checked out she was extremely professional and polite. I would definitely recommend any of the apartments offered by this host.

Logement propre, Mina serviable et avenante mais le quartier n'est pas desservi par une route praticable, il y a beaucoup de poussiére, d'ordures et de dêchets de constructions aux alentours. Beaucouo de chiens érants la nuit.Pas de climatisation surtout avec les grosses chaleurs.

Our stay with Nicolas and the co-host Mina was absolutely delightful! Overcame all expectations and was totally what you are expecting to have for a great beach vacation on the coasts of Morocco. Amazing rooftop view, perfect furniture and all amenities are fully available and working! For the extremely hot days a a bigger fan is recommended but thats when you could go and enjoy a day at the nearby beach of Tamraght which has a lot of activities/cafés and restaurants you could enjoy. Overall it was an amazing holiday we spent with Dar Océana!

C'est mon 3e séjour à Villa Oceana, j'ai toujours passé un bon moment.

The experience was good overall , but the owner charge me 90$ for an additionnal person . The problem was that the appartment is for 5 people and we were 4 people. The service was good , thanks to Mina ! Beside everything, don't go there , because the owner , Nicolas, don't care about the clients.

Notre séjour chez Nicolas s'est très bien passé. La communication et la récupération des clés s'est faite très facilement. Le logement etait très propre. Il est très agréable, je dirai même que les photos ne rendent pas justice au lieu. Il se trouve a quelques minutes à pied tu centre de Tamraght mais il est très calme. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréable, et une vue formidable depuis la terrasse rooftop. Le fait d'avoir accès à une machine à laver est un plus. L'appartement était très bien équipe, avec les essentiels (nous avons séjournés plus de 2 semaines). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous tout de suite, et reviendrons chez Nicolas avec plaisir.

Amazing stay

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man brauch nur ein paar meter aus der Tür gehen um alles zu finden wie frische lebensmittel, frisches brot und viele kleine shops in denen man alles findet. Die Kommunikation mit Mina war super einfach und Sehr herzlich. Die Auto Vermietung bei Nicolas hat super geklappt. Sehr zuverlässige Gastgeberinnen. Wir hatten eine schöne zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Very quiet at night I highly recommend

Stayed at Nicolas's place for the entire week, felt like home, matches exactly the pictures on the listing. You might get lost or getting trouble finding the place but Mina the co-host is there to help as she helped me find the place and described an easy way to remember the way back home. You can enjoy food & drinks at Tonirt or other restaurants all the way down in the streets and a surf shop on the beach if you want to rent equipment for an affordable place. Highly recommended place, the view from the rooftop is worth it.

Pro:
- It was super kind to put a baby bed for our daughter
- The shared washing machine is a big plus
- Check-in was very good

Cons:
- cleanliness of toilet, dishes, fridge was not good
- some essentials were missing (cooking basics) or damaged (big Tajine on the terrace has a big crack)
- some things are quite used up (bed covers, carpets, cuttlery)
- noisiness of the house

The information and description of the flat needs some update/refreshment:
- info on transportation from the airport and the price were not valid anymore (was 250 MAD, is 300 MAD now, and not "40-50 € due to crisis" as we were told, this especially made us feel very bad)
- no water bottle in the fridge
- there was and is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood (the former sea view does not exist anymore for this apartment)

Very good 😀 - L'appartement est très bien équipé rien à dire, on a trouvé tout ce dont on avait besoin. une grande terrasse avec la vue sur mer même si de loin, vu que l'appartement n'est pas en front de mer. 😞 - L'appartement n'était pas très propre, on a du refaire pratiquement le ménage (assez de poussière sur les housses du séjour, beaucoup d'insectes dans les coins de chambres). Il faut vraiment veiller à faire du grand ménage de temps à autre.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in Tamraght, only a short walk from restaurants with Moroccan and Western food and a bakery/cafe and about 1 km from the beach. I booked 2 nights then stayed 5 as I enjoyed the place so much. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry on Messenger and very helpful after that whenever I had questions. Easy to get a shared taxi to surrounding villages. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. (The only thing that was unreliable was the wifi, but it didn't get in the way of my stay as I hotspotted to my SIM card.)

This is a well equipped spacious apartment! the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and the internet is fast! The owner is in touch 24/7 and helped in all kinds of situations by 150%! There are many local and modern cafes and shops nearby. The location will be as comfortable as possible if you have a car, as the village is being actively built up and the roads for walking are too dusty. For the same reason, it is noisy during the day - around the construction site, but the mornings and evenings are quiet, and we spent the whole day not in the apartment. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay if you choose to be active on the ocean and nearby paradise canyons!

The location was perfect although some light construction in the street. Overall, very pleasant stay And wonderful apartment. The balcony didn’t have a great view due to constructions of new houses in the street. But that was the only downside. Overall, Nicolas was really nice and flexible during the corona crisis and let us stay for even longer. Thanks for everything!

The appartment was very nice to stay at. Clean, comfortable and cozy. It has all the necessary tools in the kitchen. We felt very at home.
There are small shops just a few walking minutes away where you can get pretty much all that you need. There’s also a pharmacy nearby. We would definetely recommend a car since the beach is about 25 minutes away (by foot).
The appartment is close to a mosque, therefore it can get loud in the early mornings.
We loved to stay here and can definetely recommend it to anyone.

Chouette appartement propres et fonctionnel mais difficile d'accès. Escaliers raides et les alentours sales plastiques et déchets brûlés en dessous des fenêtres les hôtesses sont super accueillantes et disponibles à la moindre question.

My friends and I had a really nice stay at Nicolas and Céline's place. Céline was great, so nice of her to pick us up quite a lot earlier than indicated because our flight arrived early, which was very hospitable. (We also broke some glasses as we're quite a clumsy bunch, and after texting Celine about it, it was quickly resolved we could just leave some money to compensate for them. She also helped us out with some SIM-card issues, which was again, really nice of her.)

Beautiful terrace with stunning views of the sea and sunset, a great warm shower, nice little kitchen to cook meals in, really fast WiFi (Nicolas thoughfully came to check with us, after saying they had made some changes to their internet connection recently due to some guests having trouble with it). Very clean, good value for money, nicely decorated - great experience overall!

Having read the other reviews before booking, I took into account that the apartment could be a little noisy (the loud prayers not included - I think it's hard to get around that in some areas in Morocco, and we didn't mind at all personally). Yes, at times you can hear quite some movement from the neighboring apartment, and unfortunately there was some pretty loud renovation going on close-by when we were incidentally all home sick with a stomach flu for 2 days. But I have the same kind of annoyances back home sometimes though, so you can't really fault anyone for that. Bring earplugs just in case like we did, in case you want to have a nap during the day.

L'appartement est neuf et très propre à l'arrivé, il possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.
Je recommande , super pour éviter le monde sur Taghazout.
Jolie vue sur la mer et sur la pointe des ancres au loin.
À réserver sans hésiter !!

Appartement propre et joli avec balcon et vue sur la mer, à 10/15 min à pied de la plage. Il est possible de se garer dans la pente qui mène à l’appartement. Prévoir savon et gel douche. Accueil chaleureux !

Good Wohnung ist groß und bietet enorm viel Platz. Kleiner Garten zum Frühstücken ist süß. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten am Strand. Ideale Lage um die Atlantikküste zu erkunden.
Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe war ziemlich kompliziert bzw. lustig, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging dann doch alles.

A l'arrivée nous avons appris de la mère du propriétaire qu'il y avait un problème avec le routeur Wi-Fi et que le technicien allait venir le jour même, personne n'est venu.
Plus tard, j'ai envoyé un message pour indiquer un problème de réception des chaînes de télévisions, j'ai eu une réponse très rapide, un technicien allait intervenir le lendemain matin.
Malheureusement, personne n'est venu sans qu'on prenne, la aussi, la peine de nous en informer.
C'est dommage.
J'aurai préféré et j'aurai pu entendre qu'il n'y aurait ni wifi ni TV pour telle ou telle raison.

30mn d’Agadir en voiture, pas de Tv arabe, stationnement difficile mais idéal pour des surfeurs.

In November 2019 we stayed in Dar Oceana 2 for one week. Issam, the housekeeper, welcomed us very friendly and gave us an introduction to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. We appreciated the washingmachine we could use without extra payment. The view from the terrace was beautiful as you can overlook Tamraght and the atlantic ocean. But there were some downsides, too: Be prepared that you hear pretty much all sounds of the neighbours, because of the architecture of the building. An older French couple stayed in the apartment above us. The pensioners are the parents of the owner and spend their winter months in Tamraght.
We experienced their behaviour and communication towards us as very demanding and not very hospitable. The communication with them was tricky as they did not speak English and we did feel like a burden and not very welcome. Once they entered our apartment because they wanted access to the internet router. Furthermore they were quite noisy most of the days. Non-stop moving furniture, loud fights and arguments. We tried to explain to them that we would appreciate it, if they could be a bit more considerate because it was hard to sleep due to the noises which continued often untill midnight. It got slightly better but it didn't really change much. For us the worst were damages that were caused to one of our surfboards which now needs to get repaired. The women asked us to remove the board from the wall of the corridor. We told her we are going to remove it. Less than five minutes later she took it from the corridor and put it in front of our door. After that it had two dings. We reported the issues to Issam the housekeeper who was very sorry for all. It's a pity, because the apartment is very nice and the housekeeper took care of everything very well.

We had a nice stay in Tamraght! The Appartement was 20 mins by foot from the beach which was very nice. The rooftop was big and comfortable. But there was not enough basic supplies like toilet paper, dish liquid and towels

Neustrezno. Čakali smo več kot eno uro na ključ. Dodatno ležišče je bilo zelo neudobno in brez dodatne posteljnine. Sobe so bile brez oken. Okolica zelo umazana in neurejena.

The stay at Dar Oceana was good. The only thing that bothered us was a hammering and loud noise at 3 o’clock in the morning upstairs every now and then and that it was more far away from the beach than expected and told (20 min by foot). Aside from this, the place was super clean and very good equipped. The terrace was wonderful with a good view on the ocean. I would recommend this place if you have a car.

Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt ein muss, um problemlos einkaufen gehen zu können.

Excellent Belle maison nichée au coeur du village de Tamraght (Taghazout à env 10 km et Agadir env 17km) plage à 5 min en voiture et env 15 min à pied. Voiture tout de même bienvenue. Petits magasins de premières nécessités à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux des répondantes sur place. Superbe appartement lumineux et joliment décoré, cuisine, ouverte sur le salon, très bien équipée pour confectionner tous les repas de la famille. Une très jolie terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l océan pour admirer de sublimes couchers de soleil. TV chaînes françaises, wifi gratuite. Salle d eau impeccable avec de la pression pour la douche et de l eau chaude !! A notre arrivée l appartement se trouvait en état de propreté irréprochable et avec un inventaire bien détaillé. 2 choses assez rares au Maroc pour le signaler !! Nous avons passé 10 jours extraordinaires dans ce bel appartement. Merci à TOUS pour votre professionnalisme, bienveillance et amabilité. Denise et ma petite famille de coeur Halima, Amina et Hachim

The apartment is fine but you have to buy all the Basic things you need. There's just what people left there before. Without a car, it's a hard to reach location. We had a problem with wifi and Emilie with whom we were in contact did not respond to our messages for hours or for the whole day. After four days we get the wifi but if we didn't have morrocan simcard with internet, we could do nothing. I think our vacation would be better if we were in contact with another person. Emilie is very unreliable and comunication with her is hard.

Logement correct situé dans les hauteurs d'un quartier assez populaire. Accès peu aisé car les chemins ne sont pas toujours carrossables. Petits commerces dans les alentours. Belle terrasse qui aurait encore été plus agréable avec la présence d'un parasol.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Tamraght und es gibt auch einen schönen Strand direkt vor Ort. Parkplatz ist vorhanden sowie ein kleiner Laden ums Eck, die Wohnung ist nicht leicht zu finden, deshalb gibt es einen Treffpunkt. Wenn man einmal den Weg fährt, findet man ohne Probleme wieder hin. Nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es ein Surfshop sowie Skate- und Surfshop, mehrere Restaurants, auch vegan und einen Teppichladen.
Balkon mit Meerblick, leider gibt es aktuell viele Baustellen. Auf dem Balkon gibt es eine Sitzgelegenheit sowie die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen - allerdings hatten wir keine Waschmaschine wie beschrieben zumindest wurde uns nicht gesagt das man die im unteren Stockwerk im Gang vor der ersten Wohnung benutzen darf. Die Küche ist super - Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler sowie weitere Küchenutensilien. sind vorhanden. Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, ein bisschen Kaffee, Tee und Spülmittel wird bereitgestellt. Kochen kann man dort sehr gut! Die Teekanne solltet ihr nicht benutzen, sie ist leider undicht. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, Betten sind in Ordnung und die Lampen sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen guten Stil - modern/orientalisch & sie sieht sowie auf den Bildern aus.
Schade ist, dass das Infoheft (Inventarliste und sonstige Informationen) nur auf französisch erstellt wurde, wenn man kein französisch kann.. ist das sehr schlecht und etwas unhöflich. Lediglich die Hinweisschilder in der Wohnung waren auf Englisch. Fernsehen kann man auch nur auf französisch. Mit dem Internet hatten wir am zweiten Tag Probleme, leider wurden dieses nicht behoben.. die Kommunikation hat länger gedauert. Nach ewigem probieren, konnten uns irgendwann im unteren Netzwerk einloggen. Danke für den Aufenthalt in Tamraght!

Outstanding value for money. No problems with WiFi. Would suggest a car useful for staying here. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea towels and hair dryer. Quiet location with corner shops and a couple of restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at this place. The apartment has everything that you need with a good kitchen. It was very clean and not far from the beach.

We had a great stay in the apartment for 10 days. The hosts were fast at responding our messages and communication was easy. In general, clean and cozy with fully equipped kitchen. Lots of local shops nearby. A big plus for the balcony where we enjoyed the sunset. Merci!!

Nice and clean appartment. The communication worked good and the hosts were very friendly! But it was rather 25-30 minutes walking from the beach and there was no roofterasse as we thought from the pictures.

The apartment was much better than expected. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen had all the facilities you need. The beach is very closeby with activities such as quad biking and camel riding available. The hostess was very nice and hospitable, she made us feel so welcome. The neighbours are lovely people and the area is nice and quiet. There is a shop with everything you need just seconds away from the apartment. The shower was powerful and the hot water worked very well. We had a lovely stay here and I 100% recommend this apartment!

However, WiFi came on the fifth day of 7, slightly let down by that as phone didn’t work in Morocco so only had WiFi connection. Made planning the trip very difficult. Also bring your own toilet paper and basics, these were not supplied either. . A tip if you want hot water turn on the gas tank under the sink.. was not told this and had cold shower first day.

Awesome apartment! The view from the terrace was breathtaking! Great equipped - best what I saw in three years Morocco! Really clean for Moroccain standarts. The only point where I could say something a bit negative about, is the Wifi speed/connection. The speed was quite slow. But hey holidays are there to spend not too much time on the phone ;)

We spend 2 weeks at Nicolas place. It was great. ..a little bit up the hill away from all the touristic stuff makes you feel to be a part of the village. Friendly people everywhere, really relaxed place with a nice sunset view. ..perfect for the home cooked dinner after a long surf.

Leider gab es aber für die 5te Person, die voll bezahlt hat, nur ein paar Bettlaken zum zudecken und ein Couchkissen. Das Bett war die Couch im offenen Wohnzimmer. Die Anderen 4 Betten waren mit sauberer Bettwäsche ausgestattet und auch bequem.Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Leute perfekt!

Unfortunately our stay wasn't very pleasent. The Wi-Fi wasn't working at all and wasn't fixed as promised during our whole stay. The rooms were humid, which made sleeping a little difficult and same with eating since we had to keep the doors open so there were a lot of flies flying around. The location wasn't ideal it was hard to get around, good thing we had a car. Only good things were that the beach was quite close and a big terasse with a view.

A Good stay, had everything we wanted and more (except Wi-fi). The rooftop was breathtaking especially at sunset. The only problem we had was that the host wouldn't tell us the address of the apartment. ( Morocco airport customs requrie for you to have an address enable for you to get into the country. Fortunately we had another address that we were going to stay after. So we were able to get into the country but if you are staying at this address for your whole trip it might be almost impossible to get into Morocco.)

Nicolas' appartment gives you very good value for the price. It is locate 'on top' of Tamraght and has a beautiful view across the village all the way to the ocean. The terrace is directed to south west so there is sun most of the day and it's really spacious to hang out. The flat is also spacious and very nicely decorated. The appartment is manage by a very nice older French man who is living in the ground floor of the building. The only little flaw was, that he speaks only french which made the communication a little slow. But generally we definitely can recommend staying at Nicolas' beautiful appartment!

In the heart of Tamraght I spent a week only at Nico's and it has been really cool and relaxing ! The flat is located in a peacefull neighborhood,close to the océan,with a wonderfull view on the top ! It's clean,with all the furniture you need and shops are nearby. Moreover Nico and his employee were very kind to me and helpfull. I highly recommand this place ! J'ai passé une semaine seulement chez Nico et ce fut cool et très relaxant! L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la plage avec une vue imprenable au dernier étage ! Tout est propre,il ne manque rien et il y a des commerces à proximité...Nico et son employé ont été sympas et serviables,je recommande vivement cet endroit !

The Appartment was great. Everything as described. Clean, quiet and the perfect view from the upper terrace. The style of the appartment is typical for Morocco. Wifi was working well. There is enough space for 4-5 people.
The Houselord Said is very helpfull and friendly. We had a really good time and are happy to come back next year.

Nicolas was so helpful and easy to communicate with before our stay. Another Nicolas greeted us in Tamraght and was so incredibly helpful in getting us settled in. Fantastic apartment, beautiful view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Der Gärtner/Hausmeister Said war sehr sympathisch, freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr detaillierte Informationen zu Bus-und Taxi-Verbindungen, Entfernungen, Öffungszeiten usw. gegeben. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel (Wifi, Fernsehen in allen Sprachen, super Betten / Bettzeug, große Küche), von der Einrichtung / Deko her allerdings nicht mein Geschmack. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht nach draußen, sondern in den Wohnbereich gehen und auch, dass das kleine Waschbecken nicht im, sondern vor dem Bad ist, vor der Tür zum Balkon. Es gab dort Tisch und Stühle, aber keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirm. Und es gab in der Küche gar nichts an Essens-Grundausstattung wie Zucker oder Salz. Der Ort ist ein wenig abgelegen und wenig malerisch, v.a. wegen der vielen Baustellen. Zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen, fährt oder läuft man besser nach Taghazoud. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man ein Auto hat oder kein Problem damit, weite Strecken zu laufen (4km bis Taghazoud) oder mit dem billigen Bus zu fahren (ca. jede halbe Stunde nach Agadir oder Taghazoud).

The experience was great! The apartment is a quick 15 minute walk to the beach and well worth the value. Guy was great and helpful if we needed anything. Internet was fast and reliable, which is important to us because we work online.

L'accueil très sympathique de Guy nous a rapidement mis à l'aise dans un endroit où on peut sentir la vie marocaine à côté de lieux touristiques comme Agadir ou les spots de surf non loin. Mieux vaut prévoir une voiture de location, ou bien se renseigner sur les lignes de bus très présente le long de la cote, accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Les taxis sont également nombreux.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, tout y est. La vu est magnifique et le quartier est calme.
Guy est très disponible pour nous mettre à l'aise. Il nous a d'ailleurs conseiller un très bon restaurant en bord de plage accessible à pied depuis l'appartement - Le numéro 14 -.

The Apartment was very nice. Clean and comfortable., with a nice view from the terasse. It has ervything you need, from toaster to coffeemachine. Yes it is a bit remote, but little Shops are nearby and for the is Price definitly okay. Having a car is better but walking to the beach is possible (we did with Kids). The host on the site is very friendly and helpful.

Alles wie beschrieben, besonders der unglaubliche Blick von der Terrasse über die Bucht! Das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet, groß und großzügig, mit 2 separaten Schlafräumen. Der Verwalter Herr Leclercq ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer sich in Marokko wie zuhause fühlen will, hat hier seine Ferienwohnung gefunden.

Bonjour, nous sommes totalement satisfaits de ce séjour. Un appartement agréable, vraiment décorée avec goût. Équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Une terrasse agréable, et un solarium, ainsi que le salon avec tous les deux une vue a couper le souffle !!

We stayed for 7 weeks in the appartment on the 1th floor. It was very agreable to stay.
The appartment has good quiality beds for 4 persons, the kitchen is well equiped, it has a good bathroom with lots of hot and cold water and a comfortable living room with enough seats.
The terras is situated to the noth-west so only late in the afternoon the sun comes in.
The view is not anymore like on the pictures, new buildings are taking a big part of the view towards the see.
The house is situated a 15 minute stiff walk from the sea, so hiring a car is almost a must.
The sound of the nearby mosque is very strong and starts at 5 am.
Small shops very nearby supply you with basics food. In Aourir and on its souk allmost all other daily food can be bought, otherwise the big supermarkets in Agadit supply you with the rest.
We used the appartment as a base for serveral trips to cities up to 250 km away.
The hiringprice per day is very acceptable. Overall we therefore recommand this appartment very positively.

Das Apartment war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider hat die Verbindung mit dem Wlan nicht funktioniert und bei Anreise nicht sauber. Die putzfee musste dann nach Anreise bestellt werden. Aber alles in allem hatte ich dort eine tolle Zeit und würde die Unterkunft auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Nicolas a toujours été très gentil à mon égard et Guy est même venu me chercher à la gare. le lendemain de mon arrivée, Nicolas a rapidement pris des nouvelles et Guy m'a fait découvrir les environs pour que je me sente bien à la maison. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue toute aussi jolie que sur les photos. Le soleil brille presque sans arrête à Tamraght et c'est très tranquille. Je recommande définitivement cet endroit, pourrais même avoir envie d'y revenir. J'avoue qu'une voiture est un plus pour découvrir les encrions qui sont extraordinaires. Sinon, les villages voisins - Aourir et Taghazout - sont agréables et plus animées, si la plage à quelques minutes devient ennuyante. Hammam, souk, restos font parti des services. Pour ce qui est de l'appel à la prière, j'avoue que j'en prendrais plus que cinq par jour!!!

Excellent address just a little difficult for access

Spacious apartment with two separated bedrooms and full furnitured kitchen (frigo, dishwasher, MW, oven grill, gas cooktops, toaster, citrus juicer, and a lot of pans). Those were the two main points for us because we traveled with my mom, and we like to cook )) Nice interior with half-moroccan sofa and europian fretwork on the ceiling. It is very nice place for living indeed!
Cozy sunset views from the balcony and the coffetable in it - our evenings would be the pleasurest (if I can say so)! Because we weren't too lucky being there at Ramadan days. There are 3 mosques in the village, and the nearest speaker is right in front of the balkony.. But on the 3d day we almost used to it, and that was even funny when the Moezzin was singing something melodic ))
The real trouble was the house manager Mr. Guy Leclerc - but, thanks to the owner Nicolas, all our misunderstandings were solved.
Another inconvenience was the parking place, or more precisely, its absence. We were "landing" our VW Sirocco at the rough rock place, where we scratched the carter cover twice. Besides, the berbers were burning a garbage at that place, despite of the fire safety rules. Next time we'll be more ready for the berber village, I guess.. )
Generally we spent there our great days for the modest price indeed.

L'appartement de Nicolas est impeccable à tout point de vue: l'emplacement, l'appartement lui même (très bien équipe et d'une propreté irréprochable), la sérénité... C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. À louer sans hésiter.

Hallo zusammen, wow, die Unterkunft hat absolut der Beschreibung entsprochen und war einfach genial. Alle Sachen haben so funktioniert, wie beschrieben und ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Dabei ist besonders die Hilfsbereitschaft von Guy Leclerc zu erwähnen, der für die Schlüsselübergabe im Haus zuständig ist und sehr nett und aufgeschlossen ist. Sehr gern wieder.

Breathtaking view, ok rooms and Guy Leclerc is very helpful and nice.
But the mosque is VERY close and in posession of 1) a heavy gear when it comes to audio equipment and 2) a muezzin who could wake the dead at 5 AM even without the speakers. Another potential noise-problem is people living in other apartments of the house - you can hear every sound.
